Keimkraft is a trustworthy partner for innovative food production. At the centre of our efforts is continual production, development and innovations. Classic and gluten free sprouts

As recognized experts we are specialized in germinating a broad variety of different plant families. We offer sprouted seeds and grains in the “classic” or in “gluten free” variety. Attention: We offer a variety of products in dry, whole, shredded and pulverized (powder form).

The company “Keimkraft” is organically, IFS and Kosher certified. All production stages take place directly at our company in Pöttelsdorf, Austria. The seeds used in our products are primarily from Austrian cultivation.

No compromises: Strict controls and standards!

The hygiene standards in our company in Pöttelsdorf correspond with international requirements such as HACCP or IFS. Additionally, we have developed and successfully installed our own internal hygiene management system.

A large quantity of our products are equivalent to raw fruit and vegetable quality (our production temperature is under 40°C (104°F). We are particularly proud of our microbiological data. This gets controlled continually in our internal lab as well as in independent external labs.
